Privacy notice
Cozy Colours is a small UK business. This notice explains what information we keep and why. Last updated 27 October 2026.
Email sign-ups
If you ask for free pages or join a waitlist, we keep your first name, email address, the list you joined, the date and that you agreed to hear from us. We use it only to send Cozy Colours emails, such as new books and free pages. We never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or emailing us at [email protected], and we will delete your details.
Free advent colouring book sign-ups
If you ask for our free 24 Days of Christmas colouring book, we collect your email address so we can send it to you. We use Kit (ConvertKit LLC) to store your address and send our emails. We ask you to confirm by email first (double opt-in), and we record when you agreed. After that we email now and then about new Cozy Colours books and free pages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and we will stop. Our lawful basis is your consent. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Buying a book
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe gives us your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your download and help if something goes wrong. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment.
Gallery uploads
If you share colouring with our gallery, we keep the picture and its optional caption privately. Nothing is shown publicly until we have checked it, and we never publish pictures with faces, names or other personal details. A grown-up must share or agree to share the picture. To ask us to remove a picture, email us at [email protected].
Where it is kept
Our website is hosted with Cloudflare, and our email list is managed with Kit (kit.com), which sends a confirmation email when you sign up and an unsubscribe link in every email. We keep sign-ups until you unsubscribe and order records as long as the law requires for tax.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies it needs on its checkout pages.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
